OUR DOORS

Plotter

Meeting our customers' requests is our priority, the design of the door needs to be according to what the client ordered. So, we use our plotter to manufacture the forging figures in order to be symmetrical with the original CAD drawing.

Stock Material

In order to avoid delays We have a stock of the most common direct materials. This helps to start manufacturing doors as soon as orders are received.

JAMB AND PANELS

We have press breaks capable of bending up to 1/4 thick and 120" long. Also, we have a Shearing capacity to cut up to 1/2” thick and 120” long. This machinery provides any dimensions requested by our customers.

Blacksmith

We have MIG welding equipment with their respective band saws.

Hinges

Hinges are manufactured in our machining center facility made out of 1045 steel this helps us to avoid delays and have greater accuracy on our production.

Door Accessories

DoorLock preparations, Foot bolt and Head bolt, Roller Catch are cut in plasma and machined to make sure they have the dimensions and clearances for hardware installation.

LÁSER AND HD PLASMA

Through plasma cutting, we can manufacture gauge items, forging designs up to 5/8 inches thick.

CNC Punching

Amada CNC Turret Punching machines are used in several processes needed for our door manufacturing.

OUR BUILDING PROCESS

DRAWING DOORS

IRONWORX oversees drawing forging doors in order to give a visual image to our customers, that way we provide precision and certainty to our customers.

DOOR INSPECTION

All units go through a quality inspection process. We do this to verify all finishing touches and specifications that our customer requested.

PLASTERING

All units go through our plastering area, where all parts are detailed. Then they are passed to our painting facility, where we focus on high quality finishes which are visually attractive.

SAND BLAST

We clean the material with a sandblasting process and remove impurities that would have been in the material and promote adherence.

POLYURETHANE

All units are filled with an automatic polyurethane reactor machine to avoid thermal shock and condensation.

We count several painting ovens which we use for our painting process. This provides the finishing touches for our doors and accessories.

PAINTING

All units are passed into our quality control check. The unit is painted with a high solids polyurethane 3 part paint at a paint booth with an oven to speed up the curing process

PACKING

Once the door is checked and everything is in order, we proceed to packaging. We make a huge effort to package all units correctly with several layers of protection so they can arrive at their location without any damage.
